Leading with an education-first strategy is paramount for Mitch. As clients build their businesses and raise their multigenerational families, he works closely with them as a financial quarterback to assess their complex and varied financial needs to position them for effective succession planning. Mitch is there to help clients navigate decisions big and small, from implementing an employer-sponsored retirement plan to making a large luxury purchase and selling the company business.

Mitch joined Raymond James in 2023 as part of the firm’s Advisory Mastery Program. Prior to joining the firm, Mitch worked for more than three decades in technology venture capital and engineering development. He also was part of the senior management team guiding start-up technology companies through the process of selling their businesses. This experience has helped him to develop a well-rounded approach and proficient knowledge in consumer and retail investment banking.

He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Cornell University and holds an MBA from Boston University. Mitch taught computer engineering classes at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell for two years and has been a guest lecturer in the business and engineering departments at Boston College, Ohio University, and Olin College of Engineering.

Mitch’s hobbies include fitness training, running, hiking, pickleball, golf, scuba diving, and karaoke. He operates a small entertainment business that provides karaoke services for private parties and corporate events.
